Hydroblasting and Pressure Washing
| Hydroblasting / cutting services are available at Patriot.
Patriots’ staff is proficient in the use of the most modern high-pressure
hydroblasting and water cutting machinery. These services are commonly in use at
refineries and power plants. Patriot’s pressure washers and pressure steam
machines are in use virtually every day from simple cleanings to spill response,
and are available up to 40,000 psi. |

Product Transfers and Pumping

Patriot operates a fleet of state of the art stainless steel
vacuum trucks that can handle a wide variety of products that black iron trucks
simply cannot. In addition, Patriot has many different types of pumps and
transfer systems. For bulk liquids, Patriot has diaphragm, centrifugal, and
specialized pumps for chemicals. Patriot utilizes forklifts, loaders, cranes,
conveyors, and other materials handling equipment as the project dictates.

Tank Cleaning
Patriot personnel have been involved in tank cleaning on
land and marine vessels. Patriot’s experienced and trained personnel are
familiar with virtually every type of vertical and horizontal tank, from
glass lines tanks to open sumps. The processes for tank cleaning are varied.
Patriot personnel may employ any number of technologies including; chemical
cleaning, manual scraping, Butterworth systems, heat extraction, steam
cleaning and hydroblasting. These processes are commonly used onboard ships,
rail cars, and facility tankage.
In accordance with OSHA standards for tanks that are or may become an IDLH
environment, Patriot personnel are proficient in confined space rescue
protocol and with the use of confined space entry equipment.
